Personality:
Isabella can never shut up. She loves to share stories, but has no patience to listen to others. She loves the ocean but wants live out with the humans. She loves her life, but she wishes she was like the "normal" people. She hates getting her hair cut, and as of 5 years ago she will never cut it again. She feels that getting her hair taken away is getting part of who she is taken away.

History:
Isabella was born in Milos, a Greek Island. Her mother was Mist Brooke and her father Rock Brooke. She was last born into the family, the baby. She grew up playing around the island with her older siblings. She loved them all but at times she found her freedom non-existent. She did not only have a mother and father, but three over protective family members at her heels.
As she grew, her family noticed some issues, she wasn't developing as her siblings had done so before. She was developing almost as a human would, year by year, brain cell by bran cell. Even now at 27 years, she still has the mentality and body of a 15 year old teenager. Unlike her siblings who's body ate stuck in the early 20's. Due to this she always caused her family much more trouble and work then they where ever used to with a child.
Finally, a few years after her birth, they finally had a clue to what has happened to Isabella, at the months of her conception and birth. There was a high degree of pollutants in the water. Making her mentally and physical slower then the others. She is just as smart as her body, but not up to the usual mermaids.
The times where fun as a young mermaid, but when she heard that her sister, Sky, was leaving for Canada. Isabella new that this was her escape. She decided that as soon as she can make enough money she would stalk down her sister and finally have the freedom to explore the human world she always wanted. Isabella soon learned to walk and speak "human". At 23 years old she started to work in a few different cities, so no one would get suspicious of her never aging.
When she had enough money to survive a year on her own she set off to Canada. And now her life will start a new.
