Marylin started off her day as usual. A toasted bagel with soy “cream cheese”, a mug of coffee with two sugars, and a tired look to her face. The Brunette was not a morning person, but life must go on. She was pretty new in town and was still getting used to her nursing schedule. But today was her day off as she planned to use it to her liking. Getting dressed Marylin chose a shirt she had made herself, and well items she though would match it. Next she split her wavy hair into two sections. Tying them off into two long piggy tails, much like her mother used to do to her.
Marylin preferred to be a free spirit. She hated when people judged each other by their appearance. Why not like them for their uniqueness? Why not like them for who they are? Why not praise them for being different? She believed in different people, why be like everyone else, that would make the world so boring. And everyone deserves some excitement in their lives.
Getting her items ready, like her skipping rope and large professional camera, Marylin set off. She wasn’t sure what she was going to do today, but she had to get there by walking. She hated cars, they polluted too much. Plus walking is good for our health, keeps your heart stronger. She headed towards Darwin park, but to get there she had to pass the market. And well she loved to make at home fruit juices.
Looking for the apples, Marylin thought back to her school experience. She never had the pleasure of having close friends. Everyone considered her to be a creepy & disgusting hippie. She was ridiculed and bullied. But Marylin stayed strong and made it through the worst moments of her life. University was better, people where more open to different life styles. And she even made a few acquaintances. But once again she never had someone to rely on.
Finally leaving the marketplace with enough fruit to last her the week Marylin decided to relax. At first she started to take a few photos, black and white, of the squirrels running along from tree to tree. They were coming out great, especially since she was a beginner. But she soon decided to move on to why she really came here. Taking of her vegan boots she took out her skipping rope and moved to the grass, laying her things down. And well she just started to jump rope. It was one of the few things that reminded her of the good times in her childhood. And even though people where staring now. She was having a blast.
